Do you sell authentic products and where are the produced?
We only sell CE marked authentic products and the origin of our products is from the European Union.

How can you sell the products so cheap?
We have been in the business for several years and we buy big volumes both from manufacturers and distributors. Therefore we can sell the products to competitive prices. Furthermore we use the advantages from Parallel Imports (within the EU there is a free market where the prices for goods and services are determined by the open market and customers). Parallel Imports refer to authentic non-counterfeit products and are imported primarily from intermediaries. The products are authentic (as distinct from counterfeit goods) since they have been manufactured by or for, under license, from the brand owner.

Who are your customers?
Our customers are always B2B and the range goes from Aesthetic Practices, Hosptials and Wholesellers companies.

Do you sell to private persons?
We do not sell to private persons

Which countries do you deliver?
We only deliver within the ship to most countries all over Europe Union (EU). Countries outside the EU can´t place orders.

Why do I need a VAT number?
Orders can be only VAT excluded with a valid VAT number. Click here if you want to check if you have a valid VAT number

I don't have a VAT number - can I use my tax number?
Unfortunately you can´t use a tax number - personal or company. We can only approve your account if you have a valid international VAT number.

Do you work with price lists?
No we don't work with price lists. You can find all prices and discounts on our site.

Do you offer additional discount when buying big volume?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes you need to create an account to place an order with us.

Why do I need to wait up to have my account approved?
As a professional provider of aesthetic medical devices, have a responsibility to secure that we only supply aesthetic medical devices to professionals; hereunder aesthetic practices, hospitals and wholesalers within the aesthetic field.

Do you have Minimum Order Value?
Yes, the Minimum Order Value is 2.500€

Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept prepayment paid by bank transfer and we accept PayPal (credit card, bank transfer), Credit Cards and Apple Pay.

Can I pick-up my order in your warehouse?
It is not possible to pick-up orders in our warehouse.

Which courier company do you use to ship the order and how often do you ship?
We use UPS and all shipments are shipped with Express Saver, so they arrive within 1-5 days from date of dispatch. Furthermore we ship daily from Monday to Friday and all packages are always carefully sealed and securely protected.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be calculated based on weight and volume of the package for your desired shipping destination. The shipping cost will be visible on your order when you check out and before you confirm the order.

How can I track my order and is the package insured?
Same day as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the shipment until received. UPS as Courier is liable for loss or damage of the Shipment, at no extra cost, for up to 510€. Additional you get offered an package insurance when you check out.

Can I add products to my existing order?
If the order is not already shipped, you can always add more products. In this Case please send us an email with the products you wish to add and inform about the product name and amount. If it is already shipped, you have to place a new separate order.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless we have delivered a wrong product to you or the product was damaged upon arrival. Please contact our customer service before returning the products.

Can I cancel products on my order?
After an order has been placed, the order is binding for the customer unless Filler Discount cannot dispatch the products within 15 working days after receiving the order. In the case that Filler Discount cannot ship the products within 15 working days, you will be notified and have the choice to cancel the order.

What kind of shelf life can we expect on products ordered from you?
We always guarantee minimum 6 months remaining shelf life on the products we supply and very often significantly longer. If shelf life is shorter on the product we intend to ship you, we ask for your approval before shipping.

What is delivery time of my order?
We have a large daily stock of all standard items and can normally process your order the following working day as we receive you order/prepayment. If a product is not in stock, lead time is normally 7-14 working days.
